 Gentlemen:

This has reference to conferences held June 21st and 24th, 1952, relative to establishing an industrial site east of 78th Street, Omaha, Nebraska.  M.P. 7.17 on main line track via Sarpy is presently the designated switching limit.

It is agreed to extend the switching limits to M.P. 9.57 with the understanding M.P. 5.23, CG.W, Crossing, Summit, will continue to be the designated point where road miles begin and terminate.

It is also understood road crews will continue to perform all work train work on main line west of Summit and that the work train work in the initial installation of the facility will be performed by road crews. When the facility has been established and switching service is required, all work train work in the facility thereafter will be performed by yard crews.

 Yours truly,
 E. HICKS
